Availability:

A premium, xeno-free medium specifically designed for the clinical-scale expansion and characterization of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). It is suitable for the isolation, cell banking, and continuous subculture of MSCs derived from bone marrow, umbilical cord, and other tissue sources. The medium supports highly efficient cell growth while maintaining stemness, multipotency, and a completely defined composition—free from serum, animal-, or human-derived components.

The actual performance may fluctuate slightlyabove or below these values, but the difference wil not be significant, For normal cell lines, the expansion multiplesfrom P1 to p5 are all above 9-fold, and those from P6 to P10 are all above 8 - fold. in addition, there is a margin of errorin cell counting. An expansion multiple difference of 0.5-1 fold is considered normal.


Exosome culture Data


NC0107 medium is used for exosome production in cell factories.

Thaw p2 cells and continuously passage them to P3 cells, then seed them into the cell factory, A total of 2.52x1012exosomes are harvested in 15 days.

Thaw P2 cells, seed p3 cells onto Yocon 3D microcarriers (0.5 g), With a culture cycle of 15 davs and 500 ml of the medium, atotal of 3.82x1012 exosomes are harvested.
